1-Year Limited Warranty

All ForkiePal smart forks come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Classroom Pack includes an extended 2-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in hardware components
  • Battery failure under normal use
  • Malfunctioning sensors or AI chip
  • Defective charging port or cable
  • LED indicator failures
  • Speaker or audio output issues

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
  • Water damage from improper sealing of charging port
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Loss or theft of the device
  • Software issues (covered by free updates)

How to File a Warranty Claim

    Troubleshooting

    Our team will guide you through basic troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is covered.

    Return Authorization

    If eligible, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the fork securely and send it back.

    Repair or Replacement

    We'll repair or replace your fork within 5-7 business days and ship it back to you at no cost.

Extended Warranty Available

Want extra protection? Purchase our Extended Warranty Plan for an additional 2 years of coverage (total 3 years). This includes accidental damage protection and priority support.
